We want you to love what you purchase. However, due to the nature of collectible and sealed trading card products, please review our return policy carefully.
1. Returns:

We accept returns for eligible merchandise items (e.g., sleeves, binders) within 14 days of delivery.

All returns must be unused and in original condition.

TCG products (e.g., sealed packs, boxes, slabs) are not eligible for return due to authenticity concerns.
2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@questcards.co.uk with clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.
