Refund policy

We want you to love what you purchase. However, due to the nature of collectible and sealed trading card products, please review our return policy carefully.

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns for eligible merchandise items (e.g., sleeves, binders) within 14 days of delivery.

  • All returns must be unused and in original condition.

  • TCG products (e.g., sealed packs, boxes, slabs) are not eligible for return due to authenticity concerns.

2. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@questcards.co.uk with clear photos. We’ll resolve it quickly.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sealed booster packs, boxes, singles and graded slabs

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Digital products or gift cards
